Wrought, stamped silver powder measure. On one end is a cone-shaped measure, and the opposite end is a small bowl for measuring shot. The stem between the cone and the bowl is stamped, and there are faint stamp designs on the cone. There is a small silver loop soldered to the center of the stem.
